COMBINATION OF WINE AND CHEESES TO ENJOYGouda is a semi-hard Dutch cow’s milk cheese. Depending on its maturity, it can be from yellow to orange in color. This cheese goes well with Bordeaux, Merlot, Pinot Noir.
Gorgonzola semi-hard cheese with noble molds, strong flavor and aromatic. It goes well with red wines and less well with white wines.
Parmesan hard cheese is good in combination with barrel and red wines, and it goes easily with sparkling white wine.
Mozzarella is fresh with a mild smell and an intense taste that goes well with dry white wines or with red or pink wines.
Our ricotta is similar to young or Swabian cheese, with a neutral, mild taste. It goes well with delicate and aromatic white wines.
